Data engineering and AI

Bijasa works on data pipelines, analytics, machine learning and LLM applications. The starting point is a useful decision or workflow, supported by data that the system can reliably access and interpret.

Make the data usable first

Data may arrive from application databases, business systems, documents or external services. Before adding an AI feature, identify which sources are available, who owns them, and how quality will be checked. Pipelines need to handle updates, missing values and failures so downstream reports or applications remain understandable.

Analytics and operational workflows

An analytics project can connect scattered sources and turn them into information a team can use. Define the questions first: what needs attention, which step is slow, or how a process changes over time. Agree on metric definitions and access requirements before building dashboards or automated reports.

AI features with a clear purpose

Useful AI applications can support document search, classification, extraction or assisted drafting. The design needs to account for incorrect outputs, unavailable information and the situations that require a person to review a result. Evaluation examples should reflect real tasks, including difficult cases, rather than only demonstrations that look convincing.

From a prototype to production

A working prototype is a starting point. Production planning also involves latency, running costs, monitoring, data permissions and model or service dependencies. To discuss a project, share the workflow, representative non-sensitive examples, expected usage and the decisions a person must retain. Avoid sending confidential datasets in an initial enquiry.

Discuss your project

Describe the outcome you want and the constraints you already know. We can use that context to discuss a sensible next step.
